So far so good! Moose's Live Chat Widget was really easy to setup and allowed my store to have a clean aesthetic to it. The live chat, ticket system, and order tracking functionality is top notch. The customer support has also been splendid as I needed help with some manual coding. I'll definitely be continuing to use Moose for a long time.
Just installed the app while looking for a customer service chat solution, and so far, I’m pretty impressed. It offers a lot of features and customization options, and the fact that it’s currently free is a huge bonus. Anne was incredibly helpful and even answered my questions promptly on a Sunday.
