Best chat service app ever.. tons of customization and super cool staff to work with. If they cannot get back to you due to time difference leave a detailed message and they will respond back to you the following day with the fix or resolve advice.

So many online chat options to consider. We've used zendesk for years and cost just continued to rise. We are a small business <5 staff, zendesk too expensive. Switch to Moosedesk about 8 weeks ago. Everything to date has been great. Excellent service from Mia and now we're not paying for online chat. Win-win.

I'm mainly using MooseDesk to manage my FAQ section. The app is generally easy to use and convenient. I’m currently on a free beta version, so I understand that not everything is fully polished yet.
I did run into a bug when adding a new question — it broke the formatting (fonts, bold text, etc.). Support eventually fixed it, but the time zone delay made the whole process a bit frustrating. Since then, I've been hesitant to make further edits.
That said, the tool shows promise, and I’ll likely use it for more features in the future. I’d recommend it to store owners looking for a simple FAQ solution, keeping in mind that a few improvements are still needed.

Great help desk. It's very good for customer service and has a lot of options. I took a long time to find the app that could meet my needs, and finally, I got it. I hope they choose the applicable price when the paid version starts.
Finally, the support time is very helpful.

Moose Chat is hands-down one of the best messaging apps I’ve used. It’s fast, reliable, and the interface is clean and user-friendly. I especially appreciate the strong privacy features and how easy it is to share files and manage group chats.

We have been using the Live Chat and Whatsapp redirection facilities for a while and are very happy for having chosen this app for our new store. At the beggining we have faced some minor issues and bugs (as in all new apps and installations) but their support team is so great that they quickly answered and solved them even during bank holidays. We also asked for some custimization and they have also answered our requests quickly. We strongly recommend this app.
