Mulberry Product Protection

Can anyone confirm this app is working? Emails to support to assist with installation would be great, for example, once installed, try to connect for setup but get popup that email is not found. Probably a step we are missing, but cannot reach anyone any ticket or phone for assistance. (Giving a 3 star out of hope and the app looks like it is what we need , if they reach back and all goes well, will return for more stars!)

The Mulberry team has been great. The onboarding process was smooth, and our account manager, Josh, is extremely responsive and helpful.

Mulberry has been a great investment for Jordan Craig. Sarah got everything set up and has continued to be super responsive if we have any questions or need anything. As a streetwear brand, some people may wonder why we offer protection; however, our customers continue to buy it. We are seeing customers buy both the individual protection as well as Mulberry Unlimited. The whole team is happy we chose Mulberry and look forward to more continued success.

I used this app to offer a warranty and added value to our customers. We have been happy with the add ons so far and appreciate that our Partnership Success Manager, Christine, stays in clear, regular communication to monitor and test new initiatives. There have been a few bugs that the Mulberry team has been quick to identify, troubleshoot, and fix. Would use it again!

The code in the app is causing a lot of my features to break down. So I reached out to customer support to ask them about it and was answered the following: "Since Mulberry was founded 4 years ago, we’ve historically worked with small and medium sized merchants. However, over the past two years, we’ve built out our assurance infrastructure to support larger merchants and have recently made the strategic decision to transition to focusing on enterprise merchants. Given the recent shift in focus, we don’t believe there would be a good fit between our companies at this time. In line with this, we are no longer providing technical support for the app. We appreciate your interest in Mulberry" They essentially have this app here, breaks your features, but they refuse to handle issues or support the app that they put out. Shopify, time to take them down the app store?

So far Mulberry has been a great addition to our website for increasing our top-line while offering our customers peace of mind with their purchases. The development team was super thorough and kept us in the loop during the entire integration process. They listened to what we wanted and offered their industry insight to collaborate on the best pricing plans for our website. We also had a small hiccup early on that made our entire site inoperable but Mulberry answered the phone immediately and resolved the issue in less than an hour. Highly recommend this app.
