Does exactly as advertised and connects our DTC (main store) to our B2B store. Like anything new, there's a little learning curve, but once it's set up, it's pretty much set and forget. It syncs and creates new products with the click of a button and keeps inventory synchronized if you enable that setting. Any time we've had questions, the support team has been fast, helpful, and thorough.
I had SKUs that weren't syncing between stores due to a handle conflict. The support team identified the issue, walked me through updating the product handle, and re-triggered the sync. Everything is working now, and they were very helpful throughout the process.
