Very good app. Support was very helpful getting me started. It's also fairly easy to list products to Etsy.

Die App hat nach etwa einem Monat plötzlich ungefragt und ohne jeden Grund alle Bestellungen meines Ebay Accounts zu Shopify eingelesen und dann an mein Bestellsystem weitergeleitet, obwohl die Funktion in der App zum Import aus Ebay deaktiviert war.
Dies hat leider zu vielen Zusatzkosten und Fehlerbehebungsaufwand geführt.
Daher lieber Finger weg und eine andere App wählen!

It's a core functionality of our app to import eBay orders to Shopify so you can fulfill all orders in one place. Currently, this feature cannot be turned off. However, we are open to discussing the possibility of adding functionality to allow you to select which orders to import.

Shocking customer service by Donatas!
He uploaded an incorrect .csv file and made all of our shop inventory across multiple channels 0! This affected our sales as everything was showing as out of stock.
Luckily we had a recent copy of the inventory quantity so our staff stayed behind working hours to manually update the inventory for hundreds of products, as the integration sync can take up to a day to fully sync for bulk orders.
Had we not had the inventory report, it means you have to manually count all your stock again… and we have hundreds of thousands…
Donatas gave a vague apology trying to blame us, then started ignoring all of our messages.
Customer service was good in the past when Marius (the developer) actually cared for this business. I have been a long time customer for years… seriously disappointed!
Donatas and team have been fantastic in helping us resolve a key onboarding issue, Donatas has offered service way beyond the realms of my expectations and I am incredibly pleased. Wish the best for the team and I am an advocate!

I have recently been using this app for the past week in comparison with other apps that do the same as the support team has been able to get into contact with me within 24 hours. Donatas has been able to fix some of my syncing problems as I was fairly new to the Shopify and Etsy order cross-over. Once, the syncing problem was fixed, I received my first order with the new connection and it routed perfectly showing I got an order on Etsy with the Shopify notification. I would give 10 stars if I could cause Donatas has been very helpful to me and I have also been able to give feedback to help improve the app. Definitely recommend this app.
If this actually worked then it would be great. Single Shopify and multiple Etsy shops looks ok but orders take over seven hours to update. More issues start happening when you've got multiple Shopify stores.
Support is only so-so. Definitely not in US so there's hours lag time if you're working in the afternoon. They rely on one of those chat things so tiny typing and no differentiation between issues. App developer apologizes a lot.
