Powerful and flexible app that lets us generate very specialized feeds for Google Ads. Customer support is exceptionally responsive and helpful.
My store has been running for 8 years, and I initially used Simprosys Google Shopping Feed, but their support was poor, and my products weren’t showing in Google Shopping, especially in my selected country. After almost a month of using Multifeed Google Shopping Feed, my products are now appearing in Google Shopping and ranking better in Google Ads. The support from Multifeed is amazing—fast, responsive, and very helpful. Although it's a bit expensive, you definitely get what you pay for.
This app is terrible. My GTINs randomly disappear from the feed, and I submitted a support ticket seven days ago but still haven’t received any response.
Thank you for your review. As we have explained it to you, by default the app filters the invalid GTIN values to avoid warnings from Google.
The GTIN expression can be edited to allow such values - which we have done it by your request. You might have noticed the warnings of "Ambiguous GTINs" from Google appeared, as a result.
As it is no longer an issue, we really appreciate if you can remove or update the review.

We had many issues with Google that were address by the wonderful team of Multifeed Google Shopping Feed.
Providing the correct information from your website to Google is not a begginers task. Talk to the professionals at Multifeeds and they will sort out your problems.
We had a price mismatch, an availability mismatch and website landing page problem. We researched through many youtube videos and finally came across this app.
Technical support is excellent and we will continue to use this app in the future if we want to reach new markets.
