The app works quite well overall, but there are some ongoing issues that the developer never seems to fix. After months of communication, problems such as missing SKU names in emails and faulty reports that incorrectly flag listings as having no images remain unresolved.

Each time I reach out, the response is the same: “We regret to inform you that we do not have a confirmed timeline for when the issue will be resolved. Our technical team has advised that the investigation may take several weeks, and potentially longer.”

These faults have been reported multiple times over the past six months, and nothing has changed. Unfortunately, I’ve lost confidence that the developer intends to address them.

We are literally the top supplier in our industry, yet rejected for “poor website content” with no further information.

Garbage.

Over a year on and after a being a beta tester for the app it's probably one of the best apps on Shopify. It's pretty much faultless in every respect. The team at mydeal who developed this need a pay rise! It's incredibly simple to us, robust and logical. Well done!

Nice little app that allows us to quickly sync Shopify inventory with MyDeal. Would be nice if we could submit a separate product description to the Shopify ones.

Better way to get all the SKU listed organised, which looking forward to see more benefits out of this.
