The app is full of bugs and gives random errors all the time. I constantly have to create labels manually, which is very time-consuming and annoying.

The app works just fine, but I am a bit frustrated with the fact that in the .xls containing all the information about invoiced shipments, all the surcharges, discounts and shipment prices are placed in the same column. This is a hard to read and thus it is hard to understand exactly what you are billed for each shipment.

Tja wij gebruiken dit al 2 jaar en er veranderd niks. Meest basale app die er bestaat. Wordt weinig aandacht aan besteed. Als je kleine webshop heb zal het redelijk gaan. Als je bijvoorbeeld op printen drukt. Doet hij niks. Geen error bijvoorbeeld. Moet je zelf maar uitzoeken welke klant een verkeerd adres heeft ingevuld. Zo zijn er nog veel irritante en tijdrovende bugs die niet opgelost worden. Succes in November en December met drukke tijden. Meerdere malen contact gezocht, maar shopify is nog te klein voor ze denk ik. Wij zijn eindelijk overgestapt naar Sendcloud. Wat een verademing zeg. Klantenservice is goed als je ze belt. Ook raar prijsbeleid qua staffels. Prijs veranderd bijvoorbeeld niet automatisch als je bepaalde grens bereikt. Wellicht komen we nog eens terug
