This app is a game changer! It increases your revenue so easily. We installed it on all our stores. Their customer support is outstanding, and they keep on adding upgrades and improvements to it. Great app! I used to have a pop-up notification in my checkout for customers to add shipping insurance for $5, which was fine, but I love that the option to add insurance is pre-selected with Navidium because customers are much more likely to purchase the insurance if it is already in their cart. The app developers have also been incredibly responsive for any questions/issues I've had.

So much better than money-hungry R#@te who denied any revenue sharing when we threatened to leave because so many competitors were offering it. We wanted to support a local brand, but it was clear that they did not want to work with us and keep us as a customer. It was all about making money for them and in the end, they lost out because we left. We didn't even switch to a new provider for the past 6 months. That's how pissed we were.

Navidium puts you in the driver's seat and was installed by the team in 24 hours. The next order we had, the customer added Navdium to the cart!

Make the switch. Don't be stupid!

Best customer support ever!
We had some trouble on our end getting things to work smoothly and the Navidium support team was very responsive and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Everything is running smooth as silk now and I have nothing but good things to say about them :)

Earn trust of your customers, speed up and take full control of claims which will improve your customer experience, create a new revenue stream. It's a win-win for you and your customer. Navidium offered a solution to a problem that we weren't even aware we had. Our customer service was already top notch, sending replacements and refunds within a 60 day window. This app allows us to set aside funds so that we don't have to take a hit in our margins. The badge and small fee also gives our customers confidence when purchasing. There's nothing more frustrating when a customer leaves a negative review or complains the package never arrived online without having allowed us the opportunity to make it right. Now every customer will have no excuse should something go wrong. We're just a call or email away from the support they want!
