I've used shipping insurance apps before and found that being able to collect my own protection fees is the way to go. Navidium Shipping Protection gives us the ability to fully control our customer experience and give them the best possible service. The app fee pays for itself within a day or so, and we end up making money each month after replacing packages. Super tidy app. Huge fan!
This has become a go to app for me for every single brand. I think we now add this as our top 5 apps of all time.
