I moved from Wix to Shopify, and this app made the entire process soooo easy, both for me, and for my customers! With the click of a button, my customers and order history were migrated to my Shopify store.This was a lifesaver, especially when I encountered some technical hurdles.

Absolutely hopeless app. The demo worked perfectly for 50 orders but when I wanted to migrate my other 100 orders, it worked totally different. I have ended up with duplicate orders that I now can't get rid of and the order created date has the date and time of when the migration took place, rather than when the order was placed. Support was online with me one minute, and as soon as things started to go wrong, I haven't heard a word! Of course this could be due to different time zones but Harry knew I was just about to import. To wait around another 2 minutes wouldn't have been hard.

Our free demo version allows you to migrate the first 50 orders from your store. If you’d like to transfer more than 50 orders, you might consider upgrading to one of our paid plans. It seems that multiple demo migrations may have caused duplicate data issues.

We’re always available to assist you by email for any issues you encounter. Since technical issues often require time to resolve, we can’t guarantee responses within just a few minutes as requested. We apologize for not being able to provide the ideal experience and appreciate your understanding.

I moved from Wix to Shopify, and this app made the entire process soooo easy, both for me, and for my customers! With the click of a button, my customers and order history were migrated to my Shopify store. When I had some "straggling" orders on my Wix site, I was able to get those remaining orders migrated as well. Every time I had a question, the support team was able to help me out, either showing me how to do something, or doing it themselves. Thank you for saving me the time and aggravation of manually migrated everything myself!
