I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE - THEY ARE NOT GOOD!!!!
I moved to NextSmartShip expecting a more reliable fulfilment service, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I have had multiple orders with serious delivery problems, including customers waiting close to a month, failed deliveries, returned parcels, and repeated shipping exceptions requiring my intervention.

The impact on my business has been serious: angry customers, negative comments on social media, loss of trust, and one customer even referred to my store as a scam because of the delivery delays.

Customer support has also been poor. Instead of taking ownership of problems, I have repeatedly received generic responses, requests to wait, and tickets asking me to intervene.

The situation became serious enough that I had to pause my advertising campaigns because I could no longer confidently guarantee reliable delivery to new customers.

I am not looking for discounts. I need reliable fulfilment and clear ownership when something goes wrong.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend NextSmartShip to a small ecommerce business that depends on reliable delivery and responsive support.

Such good customer support, Hedwig especially has been so helpful and quick to rescue any mission. I really appreciate the hard work and dedication of their team! Would recommend!

I've been using this service for more than a year, and it feels better than amazon FBA as you'll have a personal advisor that you can chat with about your enquiries. Definitely recommend!
