NoSpy ‑ Anti Fraud Spy Blocker

Originally I gave this 5 stars as the initial support was great but after getting issues with users in our country that should have access that couldn't get on, it was redirecting IPv6 users and even after removing redirects, it was still doing it to users that it shouldn't. I'm removing and going to a more established app.

I am using No Spy Protection app for my E-commerce business and it does the job well. Customer Service is prompt and solves the issues with dedication. Currently they are redirecting the fake traffic. I have been informed that they will launch Blocking option soon and we will implement that too immediately for our business.

This app works very well and customer service is fast and responsive. I had a small self-inflicted issue, and Nikita was able to get it straightened out very quicky. Highly recommended.

Service is good but lots of issues with this app. When I had VPN on it still allowed me to view my website using my VPN. They told me it was because IP of vpn was not registered with them. I was still willing to try until I had a customer that is a regular contact me and say that my site was redirecting them to google. I did have redirects but not for my american customers (which he is). So the system was automatically determining my non threat customer's were a threat. Bad for business.

The recent bot and spam attacks coming into Shopify stores are alarming to say the least. While Shopify should obviously be the ones to fix this internally, they have not, therefore an app like this is crucial.
We actually upgraded after using the app for a while and realizing how bad the issue was. As others have noted, Reda's customer service response is fast, attentive and informative. We are finding the app incredibly effective and useful.

We were having some issues with some bots that were scruing all the data we were having, we find Nospy and it was really easy to install. After I while of using it, we had some isues that we found it was because a setup but once I talked with Reda, he was so efficient and proactive that until he didnt fix it, he didn't left. We are so save with this app and the best is the customer service, you can really rely on them and ask your questions.

I'm not usually one to write reviews but this app has really helped all our spam traffic and protected our pixel to ensure our ads are at it's best performance. When you contact customer service for anything at all, they are fast, keep you updated and have top notch service. Rada was attentive and I can not thank him enough for helping me with my questions. Being in ecomm you need to have fast service as every minute counts to be optimised for sales.

I downloaded this app and a few others, and it brought even more countries in!! I had over 2,000 in one day! I wanted to block some countries from accessing my website. I have another app that can see who comes and goes; this app brought even more in! I contacted them, and they said, "Oh, you will still see it because they come to your website; we just don't allow them to go any further," which is a lie because my other app shows me exactly where they were going. Don't use this app; it will kill your bounce rate! After extensive research, I found an app that actually works!

Reda is a Rock Star, exceptional customer service, helpful and informative. Reda gives and implements helpful suggestions and answers my questions which at times are probably silly but with no judgement (lol) and the program is reasonably priced.

The program has helped slow down unwanted traffic/bots & tors and those with nefarious intent.
