Really great pricing, printing, and shipment times. I've really loved using this app over the past month. I'm excited to expand my brand with their clothing this upcoming hockey season!
We've had a great experience using Tapstitch for our Shopify store.
The product quality has exceeded our expectations, especially for activewear and athleisure. The fabrics feel premium, the garments are well constructed, and our customers have been very happy with their purchases.
The Shopify integration is smooth, making it easy to import products, manage orders, and keep our catalog updated. We also appreciate the print-on-demand model, which allows small brands like ours to launch new collections without carrying inventory.
One thing we particularly like is the clean, modern product selection and the ability to build a premium brand around the products.
Like any growing platform, there is always room to expand the catalog and continue improving certain features, but the team has consistently been adding new products and making improvements.
Overall, Tapstitch has become an important partner in helping us grow our business, and we would definitely recommend it to other Shopify merchants looking for high-quality apparel and reliable fulfillment.

Great integration, really efficient delivery, VERY impressed compared to other drop shippers I have used ( delivering to Australia.) My art looks fantastic and I can't wait to rep my brand by wearing my samples out: already have had a great reaction from my followers, quality of the print and variety of blanks is great! Would absolutely recommend; these are an amazing addition to my store and great for a streetwear brand.

We have been using Tapstitch for their product range, which is genuinely strong, but recent fulfilment changes have caused serious issues for our business.
We specifically requested USA fulfilment, yet our orders are now being routed through China. As a result, delivery times have blown out from an average of around 7 days to 17+ days, with some orders likely taking close to a month to arrive.
Support was able to provide information about what had changed, but unfortunately they were not helpful in actually resolving the issue or offering a practical fix.
We now have six very unhappy customers and expecting more to come and we would not have even known about the fulfilment change if they had not contacted us asking why their orders were taking so long.
At this point, we are now looking for a new POD supplier in the USA and will most likely remove Tapstitch products from our site.
Great product range, but sellers should be very careful if delivery times and fulfilment location matter to their business as regardless of whether you choose USA Fulfilment they will still route your orders through China taking + 30 days for orders to be delivered

After reviewing your concerns, we'd like to clarify that not all products in our catalog are currently eligible for USA fulfillment. For products where USA fulfillment is unavailable, orders will be fulfilled using the alternative fulfillment route selected for that item. This is how we ensure that orders can still be produced and delivered rather than being blocked entirely.
We understand that fulfillment location and delivery speed are critical factors for many sellers, and we recognize that the current coverage of our USA fulfillment catalog may not meet every business's needs. Expanding our USA fulfillment capabilities remains a priority for us, and we continue to add more eligible products over time.
We're sorry that our current offering wasn't the right fit for your requirements. If in the future our USA fulfillment coverage expands to better support the products you need, we would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to work with you again.

Tapstitch has been a game-changer for my brand. I used to focus almost exclusively on all-over print (AOP) products, but the wide variety of apparel and styles offered by Tapstitch has helped me successfully transition into a DTG/DTF-focused brand.
The quality, product selection, and turnaround times have been excellent, making it easier to expand my offerings while maintaining the standards my customers expect. As a New Yorker, it's also a nice bonus knowing that Tapstitch's main office is located in my hometown of Brooklyn, NY.
I'm excited to see what new products and innovations Tapstitch introduces in the future and look forward to continuing to grow my brand with them.

I received my test product and the quality of print was not what I was expecting. Black seems to be the best color one shirt was clearly cruked. Shipping time was ahead of time. DTG BLACK color is thier best work I tested multiple garments. I request DTF but it seams not to be available. Out of state prices are like gas prices.
