The app is perfect except: !ALL THAT IS MISSING NOW IS A WAY TO SHOW OUR CUSTOMERS THAT WE COMPENSATE CO2!
I'm thankful to Shopify for offering this program, and for covering fees during BFCM. The only thing I find lacking about this program is a widget/badge to let shoppers know about the program.
Great app but just like others have stated, wish it showed up on the customer's side so they know their orders are offset!!!
Amazing idea and absolutely want to implement this but we need a customer facing dashboard/material to let them know how their purchase is contributing. PLEASE!
This is a feel-good app, but it doesn't have any way to export or display the data. I'd love to include offset tracking information on the "About Us" page or something like that!
Very cool but it's only as good as what you can communicate the customer, where's the widget? Transparent marketing collateral is a must!

Love the concept but we need to be able to share to our customers the impact we are making by sharing the counter available in the app into a specific page or by having a HTML code to insert in our theme in our homepage for example. I look forward to see this happening soon so we can continue! We are ready to reduce our impact

Please add the ability to add a badge/notification at checkout to show customers that the shipping of their orders are being offset, just a little icon/verified message at checkout by the shipping method. Otherwise great app!

I want you to give us the ability to let customers see how much impact they are potentially able to make by doing a purchase, or how much they've made after they've checked out, like on the order confirmation page for instance, so it doesn't just feel like word fluff on our web pages. overall I like the idea and glad that it's automated. It'll be 5-star once I can show customers a way that they can make an impact. Bonus if you can even give customers the option to plant a tree(s) themselves during checkout!
This app has a lot of potential. Would easily be a 5 star app with checkout integration, a way for customers to view their contributions made, promo material for shop owners to advertise.
If updates not made anytime soon, we’ll be looking for other options. I find it silly major marketable features are missing from this app.
Our company loves Offset's ideals and organization. The website is easy to use and easy to connect to the shopify store, with links to show proudly your impact on the environment. Offset program is perfect to support your eco-friendly, biological e-commerce.
The idea is amazing and I love it. Also the costs are quite affordable and fair.
Unfortunately it doesn't provide a way to show this to the customers automatically. Would be useful to get some kind of logo or badge showing my store has enviro. friendly shipping. Right now the customers should take my word for that and believe me.
Having a tool, widget, code or ... to show the results would be great too.
Great app but someone got lazy and didn't finish the job as echoed by every review here. You have to create a widget of something for the customers otherwise its he said she says? Guys come on get it done.

It's nice, I feel better that my store is able to help in the fight against climate change, but it would be great if Shopify provided marketing material/logos/components in the checkout/cart/product page that would help us demonstrate our effort...
Can we have a page that is created to share on our website of what we are doing to be carbon neutral as how many trees have been planted etc..

The app is currently funding Pachama’s Jarí Para REDD+ Avoided Unplanned Deforestation project. This is a Verified Carbon Standard certified project that will be verified by Pachama using their machine learning, satellite imaging, and remote monitoring technology. The $3.60 per ton price covers the project costs to protect the existing forest, increase the biomass through improved forest management practices, and verify the project’s progress.
