The team especially Kaylee and the developers she work along side with have provided outstanding support, far better than what I’ve experienced with many other apps. They’ve impressed me with their willingness to customise features to suit our needs, including hiding prices, adjusting text, and modifying buttons. I also appreciated that many features could be controlled and edited on our end without always needing to reach out to support unlike other apps where even the smallest changes require contacting the team.
The only reason we’re no longer using Synctrack is due to changes in our internal return and exchange processes, it has nothing to do with the app itself. I highly recommend Synctrack to any business looking for a reliable and flexible returns portal.
