Synctrack Returns is a very useful app that significantly simplified our return process. The setup is quick, and the interface is clean and easy to use.
Customers can submit return requests on their own, which saves us a lot of time in customer support. The automation of approvals and return statuses is also a big plus.
The integration with Shopify works flawlessly, everything is well synchronized. I would also like to highlight their support team, which is responsive and very helpful.

Great app and great team, not only it has many functionalities designed to make a return portal user friendly but also the level of integrations and custom codes that the team is able to provide is superior to none. We tried different return portals and this is simply the best. I can definitely recommend synctrack to anyone.

App works really well with Shopify, its really easy to install and navigate. The only flaw, and the reason we moved away from the App for our returns, is that we could not as a UK company link it to any couriers, even though we were told that we could. If this changes, we will be back using the App in no time, as the features are great.

Best returns and exchanges app I've found!.. and I've tried several. Easy to use platform that has ton's of options to control your return process and workflow however you want - including complex workflows where you can allow exchanges for certain items and/or return reasons and not allow exchanges for other items and/or return reasons.. or only allow refunds for certain items, etc.
Although the app is great, what makes it the BEST is their customer service and development team. When I asked them if their app could do something that it couldn't do, they didn't just dismiss me and say "no, our app can't do that... tough luck", like other return apps said to me. Instead, they said "that's a good idea! Our app currently doesn't have that capability, but we'll get our development team on it!". Then, about a month later, they released a massive update that does everything I asked for with a simple and intuitive interface.
If you want a great return and exchanges app with a stellar customer service and development team that cares about your needs and works to make the app function exactly as you need it to, THIS IS YOUR APP!
