Naomi from customer support was fantastic. I asked for a custom request that I couldn't figure out during set-up - and she guided me through the process straight from install. I'd like to be able to customise the app a little more - like making the pop-up wider and changing the styling of the buttons so they match my themes style - but Naomi has requested the dev team look at it so nothing seemed a challenge. And it's free! Highly recommend.

Alright, I don't normally like to write reviews but the customer service on this app is AMAZING! You seriously won't find customer service like this anywhere else. They are super kind, they always go above and beyond and they always make sure that they solve your problem. I cannot think of any other company that does this. I will continue to use their service forever
