I am just into my trial period with Upsell and I am blown away by the customer service... I wanted to customize a pop up and Rissa was simply amazing. She helped me get the look and wording I wanted for the ad. Also started different emails for marketing and I can tell I'm going to be sticking with them! Easy peasy. Thank you guys!

A little confusing to navigate but they have amazing, friendly and responsive customer support. I was shocked lol...live chat is amazing (and i HATE live chats) and although the chat took longer than a call would, it was so helpful and i also get to keep all screen recordings to refer back to instead of calling back if it were a call. She wasn’t in a rush, there was no time limit. I usually would get frustrated and just delete the app and look for something easier but the customer support i CANNOT say enough about. I'm keeping the app ....That type of customer support is worth having at any time.

This app has been helpful with sending emails. We switched from another email provider and it was easy to integrate to our store. When I had a question, Support was great!

Be prepared for a massive price increase when you install the app. The prices shown here are ONLY if you have 50 or less customers.

The initial pricing is indeed for up to 50 customers, as mentioned in our pricing section. For larger customer bases, we offer different plans to accommodate various needs.

Such a great app. The customer service is exceptional. Pauline went above and beyond to go through the process of changing system integrations so that I can easily navigate through those changes.
