The customer service was great, no wait time and fast responses. They were able to help me with all of my issues and provide me help of actually fixing it on there end so i did not have to do much. Truly kind and welcoming staff.
This is by far the best customer service i've ever experience! Quick and useful. Patricia and Fola helped me a lot and they were always replying quickly and easily for making sure i understand everything.

Wow. This social proof app is incredible. The free plan allows you to use all the features as if paid AND you can connect it with 3rd party sites like Leadpages. I had it set up in seconds and the support team instantly answered my questions (about integrating with Leadpages). 5 Stars is not enough, it deserves 10. (Side note: I've used other expensive social proof apps in order to have my sales from Shopify show up on my Leadpage sales pages and this one is wayyyy better)
Customer service tried to help after I was disappointed initially. I didn't download it back though but at least they followed up with me after.

So sorry our customer support representative was not able to resolve the issue with the third-party domain provider. We had a more technical member of our team take a look and seems we found what was going wrong while you were copy and pasting the settings.
Do you mind replying to our email or jumping on a quick call with us? DNS records can be a little tricky to setup. We wish it could be done with one-click.

Great customer support from Abby. Highly recommended. A little weird that you can't change popup backgrounds without editing the CSS but she was able to do it for me without issue.
