Very helpful and friendly. They have a lot of different aspects that can be implemented in your emails to make it look amazing. I would recommend.
The app is really useful, there is a Free Plan but it is very powerful, and if you have just started your business, you can try this app. The Support department is just amazing, very quick response when I have questions for them, and super quick problem-solving. I am fully satisfied. I am using Free Plan but very soon, I will upgrade for my business. Thank you very much
I installed this app to automate some of my emails to customers, like cart recovery and newsletter subscription pop-up. Luckily another solution I wanted is only a few steps away from being available so this is another tick. The support is absolutely amazing with Rosy and Patricia going above and beyond to solve my issues and also making the changes I need directly to my emails. Very happy and highly recommend.
This app helps me with so much! I use it for a variety of things such as sending out texts, email automation & popup promos. Also, their customer service is AWESOME. I had TRISH assist me with a few things & revise my work. I love love love that they assist you in revising things! This is definitely a MUST HAVE for your Shopify store.
