So far the customer service has been fantastic. They even checked in on my work setting up the prize wheel and made suggestions as to how could improve it. They were very helpful and sweet.
If you're a small business on a budget even the basic free version has more features and functions than many other apps that you have to pay for. I had a problem with not knowing how to delete something and the lovely Rosy helped me a lot and was very friendly.
the app is amazing and the team is so good they will help any time you need to i talked to steph regarding to set up the app cause i felt its hard for me to set it up she was so nice and help me set it up and everthing in this app semms great i will give more than 5 stars if i can love it thanks steph

I really don't have any words other than THANK YOU!!! Patricia was so helpful and patient with me. I don't know nothing bout nothing and she didn't judge me at all. I almost had to pay over 200 just to get my email set up and i just downloaded this app on a whim and I love it. Once I get used to it, I know i'll be able to navigate a little better. Again a huge thank you. This app ROCKS!!
