En general estamos satisfechos con Onport. Por un lado el servicio que ofrecen es único y super potente, con lo cual nos parece increible. Por otro lado, el pricing actualizado de 2023 nos parece un poco elevado y la atención al cliente podría mejorar, aunque desde el cambio de pricing si que es cierto que se ha notado la mejora.

We have been utilizing Jetti to automate our process with our vendors. The Jetti team has been an absolute pleasure to work with and they have made it extremely easy to setup the integration from Shopify to our vendor's solutions (such as Shippo, Shipstation, Squarespace, etc.) We highly recommend Jetti to anyone who is looking to streamline their process and have a great partner that will help them accomplish their goals. We on many occasions have provided feedback to the Jetti team and they have in a very prompt timeframe incorporated new integrations/features in their core product.

Great service and perfect for dropshipping stores. Jon and Amanda at Jetti walked me through the process and steps on the Jetti app to help me understand things which I initially didn't get, the service they provided was undoubtedly the best I've received on the whole Shopify platform! The app dashboard has a clean yet sophisticated look and is amazing to use with many features that would be useful to any Shopify store. From feature like white labelling, Creating shipping labels for you or your vendors, automated order notifications and payment runs, the list of things you can do with this software is endless. Jetti is by far the most enhanced software offering what it does. I would definitely recommend, they are great!

We've been using Jetti for over a year by now, or better to say, trying to use it. It takes time to setup advanced dropshipping configuration and requires dedicated development, which is fine. The problem is customer support, and problem resolution. Customer Support is really lacking, takes days, if not weeks, to get an answer after opening a ticket. Despite providing all the information and details, the team "doesn't get it", providing partial or wrong solutions (and the communication back and forth makes you waste more days/weeks). The 48h ticket response is simply false, even the first reply takes usually more days. Once finally they manage to understand the problem, it takes even more time to solve it. And all of this while we're paying for the full product.
I used this app since few months. It's working very well. Sometime a little bit of delay for getting an answer for the support team. Do not hesitate to ask an appointement with their IT.
UPDATE 02/07 : We loose a big vendor because the Jetti IT team was not able to give answer to the IT team of the vendor. The integration was supposed to be done with Magento but never work.
This situation almost happen a second time so to prevent a second loose we integrate manually the full catalog. 2,5 months after, stil no update.
The team seems to be underwater. The support docs are not helpful. the communication with the support is not optimize. Send a message and receive an answer 2 days after is too long.
This is a powerful tools and i'm pretty sure that it could be an amazing tools but not yet.

I would recommend Onport for those who are serious with their business and have enough resources to fully learn and adapt the software. It's not a 30 min set-up for a one person e-commerce, if you are looking for something to play around with - keep looking. It requires some effort and learning to get all the settings right. When you have figured out how it should be set up togheter with the onport team it has great features for marketplaces and their vendors.
