I switched to free (since I was not pleased with the app features) and they continued to charge me for the app. Now I uninstalled it, but I don't think I will see those 9.99 usd back

keep running into issues, so now the info typed in is not delivered to the store. Other times it did not even show up at the product. Been waiting to get help on this for 35 hours, only one respond with collab. request came back and since then, have not heard from them the last 20 hours. So really frustrating because I am supposed to have big time sales in the next couple days
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the app didn't work out for your use case. The issue was due to a compatibility limitation with Shopify Bundles, which we don't currently support.

Great customer service. Quick response and good access to an operator when the bot couldn't solve my problem. Seamless and fast resolution and the product works very well for us now.

I love this app! It helps me add the personalization aspects to my website and is very user friendly. They also have great customer service and are very helpful whenever I have a question.

Great app. Very helpful for my startup honestly. I have tried many apps but with Optionize i found what i was looking for. It's easy to operate but even when you struggle reach out their fantastic customer support like i did. They even send me a video and showed me how to do it!
Excellent, i definetly reccomend.
Once I realized that I can set different option types like wood on one set of options, color on another set of options and sizes on a third set of options, everything seems great.
I believe this will take care of my options needs.
