This app worked great for Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Setup is straightforward and logical and has a lot more options than the native Amazon App. It also has a ton of other functionality that we will make use of in the future. Support has been great, we appreciate the outstanding service!

Great experience with Order Automator. It was easy to set up and easy to use. There are a couple of settings that you have to get creative depending on how you want it used. I use mine to get orders from Shopify to Amazon as a secondary fulfillment center. They were also able to add a custom feature for my business very quickly.

We were looking for an app that can send emails to our vendors when there's an order and this app is doing a really good job!
They can also send your Amazon inventory through your store as well if you also do FBA on Amazon!

Couldn't recommend this app enough, so easy to setup and use. It has completely changed and automated how we process orders.
I even had a custom request so reached out to the team and they couldn't be more helpful. The request was quite rogue so I wasn't sure it would be possible, but they had a look and managed to get it to work!

We've tried the other MCF apps and found them either too expensive for what they offer or too complicated to manage. This app just WORKS. It's easy to set up and mapping products to your Amazon SKUs is a breeze. The only thing this app is missing is live shipping rates from Amazon but honestly not a deal breaker.

The App doesn't work to reroute orders to different locations in my store as my Apps auto fulfil orders :(

It's impossible for any app to do what you're asking. Logically, Shopify does not allow 1 app to control another app's actions. We cannot intercept another app's actions to your store, nor would it be ethical to try and do so.
The does reroute orders to different locations, it just cannot stop your other apps from fulfilling orders. If you think about it logically, it makes perfect sense that 1 app wouldn't be able to block actions of other apps.
