It's great when it works but every few months all the auto-fulfilment rules stop working and I have to delete them and reassign from scratch. It's fairly easy to do but a major hassle when we get free ticket "products" coming through every 2-3 minutes and I suddenly have hundreds to manually click fulfil on on the order page because the automater stops working on a product it'sbeen working perfectly on for weeks.

Changed the rating to 4 due to the app team reaching out. When the issue next arise I will contact them and see if the issues can be sorted.

Hi there, happy to help you out. To share some facts, the rules never stop working, and the rules never change. Order Automator works 100% of the time, if a rule does not trigger it means the data in your Shopify order did not match at the time the order was processed.
