When it works, its good. But it works only 5 out of 10 days.. We are done with this.
Sorry for the issues during the last few days. Our server hosting provider had some network issues and then our hard drive on our server failed. We have since moved the app to a new hosting provider. You may have to re-save your settings.
I am trying to figure out how to pick items from only one of our locations. I have reached out several times but haven't heard back after almost a week. The app is a great concept and works beautifully but I need to know how to only pull from one location. Can someone please contact me to assist with this?!
Sorry for the delay in my response. I'm a 1-man team and manage this app on my free time outside of my day job. I've gone ahead and responded to your ticket.
I am having the same experience as many others. When it works, this is just what we need. However, quite often the app just hangs when generating a list. As it has been happening more and more often I contacted support. I am still waiting for a response after 3 days! This is why I have giving the app 1-star and will now be deleting it and moving elsewhere. Any app can have issues, but shocking customer service has no excuse for paying customers. My honest advice would be not to waste your time, look elsewhere to save problems in the future and be left with no support.

Upon reviewing my records, I did not find any recent emails from you, apart from the one sent on Sunday regarding the server issue. I responded on Sunday at 12:00 PM (PST), explaining the situation and confirming that the app was back online.

in firefox it works amazing good. Simple and it works
App is fine when it works. I always have to try at least 3 times to make it load. Never works on mobile. Only works on Chrome browser. It's been like this for past 3 years. Thought it would eventually be improved. Im going to try some other pick list apps. I wish pick lists were just a native Shopify feature.
Update:
I found a better and even less expensive alternative app. Im uninstalling "Order Picklist".
Hello, sorry for the issues that you are experiencing with the app. I'm actually in the process of re-writing the entire app to use all the new features shopify has released such as multi-location and fulfillments. This new version of the app will hopefully be released this Fall or Winter time at the latest. When I originally wrote this app things were very different, it's been a bit difficult to keep it maintained on the current version.
The app is not working. It doesn´t generate the picklist, the page stays loading when logging. I´m having this problem since 1 week.
Please, fix it.
Hello, I don't seem to have any support email from you. If you emailed me I would have helped you immediately :( regarding this error, please make sure the account attempting to generate the list has permissions for orders, products, and apps. Also make sure your browser isn't blocking any of the interactions. You also may need to adjust your settings for the app by going to app settings then order picklist and make sure you aren't ignoring certain orders based on product settings like in stock or not.
The reason I've been compelled to write the review is that right now the app is not working for my team or I right now. Sometimes you have to generate the picklist 2-3x before you can get it to load properly, it will just redirect you to the home page of Order Picklist with no orders shown
UPDATE 7/23 - Bringing my review from 2 star to 4 stars, the customer support is unparalleled. Taylor reached out within 2 minutes of me putting in my ticket and was able to handle everything seamlessly. I still sometimes have to generate a picklist 2-3x before the page loads correctly, once that run seamlessly this is a 5 star app and I'd happily change my review.
I just responded to your email reporting this issue, did you not receive it? Trying to narrow down the problem you are having so I can solve it for you.

Got in contact with the merchant. Was able to narrow down the issue a bit. They've reported that app is functioning properly for them now. I've advised the merchant to keep me posted if they run into any further issues.
A brilliant little app that does exactly what it is supposed to do, very well. Just had a minor problem after months of use and the developer fixed it within 24 hours. Thank you.
Since working out the issues it now works great. Categorizes according to my needs. Highly recommend..
I Have been continuously trying to contact you guys. I have uninstalled and installed the app again. It is not working. nor is anyone contacting me
Updated the review! They contacted me, there was some update issue, i think since shopify was using some different cookie way, not that tecky to understand. The issue is resolved, a slight glitch is there, but that too inshallah will be resolved
Hello, I can't seem to find any email from you. What date did you send an email? If possible can you shoot an email over to me so I can help work with you to debug the problem you are having? You can email me by going to Apps in your Shopify Admin panel and clicking 'Get Support' next to the Order Picklist icon.
Update: The issue this merchant was facing has since been resolved. Safari and Chrome had both released updates blocking third-party cookies. This has caused issues for many apps on Shopify. I've implemented a cookieless authentication solution which has since resolved the issue completely.
