This is one of those that delivers it all. It works perfectly, saves us a lot of time and the support is beyond amazing. Had a specific need for it to make sense to my business. They just went there and made it happen!

Taylor went above and beyond to solve our issues and made some custom adjustments. Definitely recommend this app for the amazing price point and functionality.

One word. Phenomenal! The developer went above and beyond to introduce some features to finally make an app I have been looking for for years. The app now allows order picker to drive trough the warehouse with a cart. Pick 30 (multi product) orders in one single walk while adding the products to dedicated individual bins on his cart. allowing our packers to easily grab each bin and do his packing. I think what easily used to cost us 30 min to grab orders can now be done in 5 min. Best experience I ever had with an app. I think there is only one downside. He's charging way too low in my opinion!

Before using this app, I left it to my undependable eyes to count each product on hundreds of invoices weekly to calculate what needed to be sent out. I even tried using an excel spreadsheet (which was time-consuming). I thank God for this app! It's saved me HOURS of work. It was easy to install, dependable, and always accurate! This app has saved me from the unwelcomed surprise of packing an order and coming up short on a product. Words will never be able to express how grateful I am to be able to use THIS app!

This app has been a HUGE help for our shop. Our number of orders is growing daily and we needed to find an app that would make us more efficient in picking and packing our orders. This was the only app we found that offered everything we needed. Order Picklist is extremely easy to use and integrates really well into our shopify system. After we started using it, we realized we NEEDED an option to include product vendor in the picklist. We sent Taylor a suggestion through e-mail and not even TWO days later, product vendor became an option!! I cannot rate this app high enough. And for $3 a month?!?! Everyone should use this app and I will recommend it to anyone I can :)

thank you for responding to my review. I searched my e-mail and haven’t found anything.
Thank you for your explanation. The app works great but I do wish that I could access the other options for my products. I will continue to use it though and try and work around the issue.

I have reached out twice to the creators of this app to see if something can be fixed.
This app doesn't no include variants from third-party apps like infinity options. Only the original varients through Shopify listing.

No reply from the creators of this app, unfortunately.

I actually replied to your email both times... on July 14th and on July 13th. Here is a screenshot of those replies: https://i.imgur.com/L9nIdno.png I would recommend checking your spam folder to see if my emails maybe got sent there.

As I stated in my email: Unfortunately no, I cannot access variants from other apps like the Infinity Options app.

Apps are created by independent developers, the variants you create using their app are stored in their database which they manage. I am not affiliated with the developers of Infinity Options, and it would be an issue of privacy and security for them to share that data with other developers of different apps.

As stated in the email I sent you, I can only access data that Shopify itself provides through it's API. I welcome any feature request and try to get every request added, but as I said, I literally cannot do this even if I wanted to because that app is by somebody else and I have literally no way to access that data...

The reason I've been compelled to write the review is that right now the app is not working for my team or I right now. Sometimes you have to generate the picklist 2-3x before you can get it to load properly, it will just redirect you to the home page of Order Picklist with no orders shown

UPDATE 7/23 - Bringing my review from 2 star to 4 stars, the customer support is unparalleled. Taylor reached out within 2 minutes of me putting in my ticket and was able to handle everything seamlessly. I still sometimes have to generate a picklist 2-3x before the page loads correctly, once that run seamlessly this is a 5 star app and I'd happily change my review.

I just responded to your email reporting this issue, did you not receive it? Trying to narrow down the problem you are having so I can solve it for you.

Got in contact with the merchant. Was able to narrow down the issue a bit. They've reported that app is functioning properly for them now. I've advised the merchant to keep me posted if they run into any further issues.

App is fine when it works. I always have to try at least 3 times to make it load. Never works on mobile. Only works on Chrome browser. It's been like this for past 3 years. Thought it would eventually be improved. Im going to try some other pick list apps. I wish pick lists were just a native Shopify feature.

Update:
I found a better and even less expensive alternative app. Im uninstalling "Order Picklist".

Hello, sorry for the issues that you are experiencing with the app. I'm actually in the process of re-writing the entire app to use all the new features shopify has released such as multi-location and fulfillments. This new version of the app will hopefully be released this Fall or Winter time at the latest. When I originally wrote this app things were very different, it's been a bit difficult to keep it maintained on the current version.
