I am 100 percent happy with the templates. First I just configured the invoice very quickly. When I bought it I decided to buy the whole package with packing slips and so on. The other templates were configured automatically with my data from the invoice. Now that's cool. Thank you so much.

Customer Service? Check! I have used this app to create my client orders for 2 years, and it has worked seamlessly. This is a great app, I don't have any coding skills but wanted professional looking invoices and packing slips. I liked that I just typed in the info wanted and that most of the data was retrieved from my store and the app took care of the mechanics.
Cost is fair and I prefer the 'buy once' approach rather than a constant subscription.
Will be looking into Bjorns other programs as I am impressed by his work.
