I wanted more information and customization than the Shopify invoice provided. I bought the app and by mistake bought it a second time. I also realized I still wanted a bit more detail than the app allowed. I contacted Bjorn, replying to his 'Thank you for your purchase email' - and he was very quick to reply. Not only did he refund the first purchase, he provided custom code to make the invoice exactly what I needed.
These are really lovely looking invoices! The app is super easy to use, and the invoices can be customised.
They look great. Totally professional looking. Total implementation time: less than 30 minutes.
HOWEVER NOTE that you can only make the invoice AFTER they have paid - that is, you cannot make the professional invoice and send it to them. Apparently this is due to Shopify's parameters.
I was very pleased to find these templates. I found them very nicely laid out, easy to modify, and easy to implement. I think this is a fantastic addition to our stores overall presentation to customers.
This app works exactly as it says it will, and was just the easiest to both install, and customize. No coding was needed at all. We purchased the 4 pack (invoice, packing slip, gift receipt and return form). Highly recommend.
We are very happy with the branded templates that we have downloaded and think it is definitely worth the time and money! Order Printer templates put the finishing touch in our packaging. Also, the customer service is EXCELLENT!
I wish the templates would print directly from the "print" button on the order page, but a second click is no big deal for the trade-offs.

What an excellent app and service! I needed something tweaked and they did it a few times until it was exactly how I had wanted it to be! Very thrilled to have found this and my Orders invoices look great now.
