Very helpful in setting up custom box order tags that our warehouse was able to seamlessly integrate into their workstream to manage packaging variances. Helpful customer support, too.

Really good app for dynamic and static tags. There are so many criteria available, and excellent active support.

I started to use Order Tagger for the first time in November to tag my future date Christmas orders with the delivery date that the customer selected. I needed a few tweaks to be able to make it fit my perishable shipments, and Stu was awesome to work with. He worked with me for consecutive days to get the work flows just right. I was able to add workflows with the logic that was only in my head to determine what day it should be shipped to different parts of the country to safely hit that requested delivery date. I was so impressed! The tags helped me sort through my hundreds of orders and prioritize which ones to work each day, and saved me multiple hours every day of December compared to last year! Order Tagger was a life saver and I will continue to spread the good word about it's ease of use and excellent support. I would recommend that all small businesses check it out to see if tags will help improve your processes. They sure did for me! Thanks again Stu and the rest of the team at Order Tagger!!

Support (Stu) is very responsive and assists with onboarding and trouble shooting. Having used other tagging apps this is hands down a winner.

This app worked perfectly to allow us to add EDI to our shopify walmart marketplace orders so we could tag the walmart orders. Easy to set up and reasonable price.

This app helped us immensely by allowing us to tag our orders with the delivery date field from another app, "Delivery Date and Time Suite". The flexibility of the Order Tagger app in allowing you to dig into the note attributes field is enormously useful. This app is a total life saver! It allowse to tag my orders that contain preorder items, international addresses and so much more! Now my shipping process is certainly faster and easier!

I used the app to creat custom location tags using a custom cart variable. The support team assisted me literally instantly by setting up the conditions/rules for the tags. Absolutely amazing support service!

Order Tagger is an extremely powerful app. Everytime I have a scenario to solve for and you think "surely Order Tagger can't solve this too?" it does!

The recent update is also a big improvement of the UI - even though you can create many complex rules the app makes this as easy as possible.

We have found Order Tagger to be extremely useful in the scenario where we have integrated with our CRM (Salesforce). Rather than requiring assistance from our web development agency we are able to record extra data against Orders that then syncs to Salesforce to trigger further automation in that system.

As a small business with high order volumes and low staffing, this app is essential! We have a very complicated inventory with some items pre made items and some made to order. Order Tagger allows us to sort and search easily, cutting man hours significantly.

I've contacted customer services twice to back date my tags. Both times i have received both a prompt reply and service. They obviously really care about there customers and i would highly recommend.

Great app and great customer service. With this app, we saved a few hours a week finding specific orders and tagging them appropriately. We use this hand-to-hand with customer tagger as well.

Order Tagger is great, We use it to mark orders when DDP is included so that once the order is received to our IMS for fulfillment we can run automation rules based on the order tag (order notes). This is the only way we have been able to do this so thank you Order Tagger. The team is very supportive (fast & efficient) and helpful. Thank you Sam and Team

I used this app in hopes of applying rules to my backdated orders , this wasn't possible initially but after contacting Sam from CS he took me through the process and got everything done for a small fee.

The only thing that sucked was i didn't know about this when first set up shop. This app is perfect for order organization. AND...if you need to do a retro active rule application their dev team will take care of you. Outstanding service.

They created a custom rule specifically for my business, just so that we were able to tag our customers that had received a shipment. Now, we can reach out to all customers and make sure their orders had no problems. Awesome experience! Thanks!

Use this app to tag our orders and sort before shipping. Had an issue with the tags not working on one location, but this was quickly resolved without any fuss.

We have 7 stores and dozens of employees, so we needed something that would make our fulfillment process a little easier. This app has helped us get all orders organized so our employees know exactly which ones to fulfill from each store. The app is very easy to use and the support is great!

This app makes sorting orders a breeze! The customer service is quick and is always willing to help in fulfilling your stores needs.

I use Order Tagger to automatically create tags telling me when an order is a customer's first, second, third order etc. Order Tagger lets me automatically include the tag in the order notes too, so it appears on my despatch notes - which is really useful!
The app itself is really easy to setup and use and very flexible in terms of the different types of tags it can automatically add to orders.
Customer support has also been really helpful when I've had questions about the features.
Overall, Order Tagger is a really useful and easy to use app and saves me loads of time when processing my customer orders.

Very intuitive app with great versatility. But, what really sets this app apart is the customer service. Union Works takes the time to address any questions you have and quickly fix any problems that might arise.

App worked great, and most importantly, customer service was prompt and professional.

Had a couple of issues at first, but support was top notch and we realized that it was an issue with Shopify more than the app. These guys got it fixed and offered a solution, now the app is working great. Can't say how much time this saves me. Shopify does a terrible job of letting you organize orders, and this app is so flexible. You can create any kind of tagging rule you could think up, and the best part is that you can create a new rule and even go back and apply to previous orders to have them automatically tagged as well. Best shopify app I've gotten in a long time. So worth the price with how much time it saves you!
