Order Tagger covered everything that we needed it to do. We weren't initially sure whether it would, but the developer turned out to be incredibly responsive and helpful both at helping us get set up as well as showing us how to adapt the app for our specific use case and doing some outstanding troubleshooting when our extremely complex Shopify implementation ran into some problems they had never seen before. Great app and great team here!
Order Tagger is a simple app that does what the name says. It's simple and it works. Union Works have helped me with great support and troubleshooting advise. Dedicated developers!

We use this app for a number of automation processes. We tag New Customers for example so that we can batch those orders separately and include a Welcome Packet in the box. The app is very robust and the support is wonderful.

We have a complicated workflow for our handmade products, as different things are in stock every day, and we wouldn't be able to keep our artisans organized without this app that can tag incoming orders based on the inventory of items in Shopify. Customer service is great and even customized one of the automations for us!

Absolutely amazing, lightening fast support and an app we can't live without. Having the orders automatically tagged via a wide selection of rules has saved us hours of work a week in manually sorting them.
