Origin: Attribution & Profit

Highly recommend this app. I was struggling to attribute orders to marketing campaigns, but it tracks the initial click throughout the customer journey, which is a godsend given my high marketing budget. The ChatGPT integration is very good and allows me to analyse the data more efficiently.

Tim was on hand to provide support during the initial setup and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble.

We’ve been really happy with the Origin app so far. One of the standout features for us has been the Linear Attribution. It gives us a much clearer view of which ads are actually contributing to our store sales, rather than simply relying on what the individual advertising platforms are reporting. This has been particularly useful when deciding which ads to keep running, scale, or pause.

The dashboard is easy to use and gives us another layer of insight into our marketing performance, which is important when you’re running multiple ads and trying to understand what is genuinely driving revenue.

The support has also been excellent. Tim has been super helpful throughout and, when we ran into an issue, he even jumped on a call with us to understand what was happening and help get it sorted. Having that level of responsive, hands-on support makes a big difference.

Overall, Origin has been a very useful addition to our marketing stack. Great attribution insights, easy to work with, and most importantly, really good support behind the product.

Origin has become the instrument behind our marketing decisions. We sell digital curriculum with long customer lifecycles, and Origin's first-touch tracking, 365-day windows, and customer tag rules let us see which channels actually start a customer's journey — our Google Ads budget literally runs on its numbers. The support is the best I've experienced from any Shopify app developer: I emailed a technical question about attribution windows, and the founder shipped a fix within a day, built a new 365-day metafield feature off our follow-up, then got on a call to ask how he could make the product even better. Several fast, substantive replies — real improvements, not canned answers. Highest recommendation.

Tim responds very fast and has built out half a dozen features for us on a day notice. This app works very well for managing and quickly making UTM links. Amazing support, and the app pushes constant updates with huge features without any price increases. In a an era when most shopify stores can vibe code anything themselves having a point of contact that will tackle problems for you and have them fully integrated saves us more time and money then doing it in house. This app is like having a specialist on your team that just happens to comes with an an app. Highly recommend trying this product.
