ShipD Labels & Pickup points

We’re an e-commerce brand based in Czechia and use ShipD to set up pickup points and home delivery across Europe.

Logistics like this can get pretty complicated, especially when you’re doing it for the first time with a small team and limited resources, trying to figure out all the different setup options. So naturally we hit a small issue during setup, but it got sorted out really quickly and without any hassle.

Knowing their team and support is always there when needed just makes everything a lot easier, especially when you’re dealing with so many moving parts of logistics.

Perfektní aplikace pro vytváření přepravních štítků, splnění objednávek a tisk štítků hromadně nebo jednotlivě přímo z administrace shopu. Jednoduché, rychlé, efektivní. Rozhodně se vyplatí. Používáme pro Balíkovnu, Zásilkovnu a DPD. Podpora taky perfektní a rychlá. Doporučujeme všemi deseti.

Při instalaci aplikace se shodou okolností objevila nová aktualizace Shopify, kvůli které přestala fungovat mapa dopravců přes Google API. Nevěděli jsme, zda je chyba u nás, nebo jinde. Honza z ShipD reagoval velmi rychle, a to i o víkendu. Ještě téhož dne nasadil opravu, která se změnám v Shopify přizpůsobila. Skvělý servis! :)

I’m very satisfied with Shipdock.
The app itself works well, but what really stands out is the developer support.

The developer responded very quickly, communicated clearly, and stayed involved until the issue was fully resolved.
Even with a complex setup involving shipping labels and Google Maps integration, they patiently checked everything and helped identify the exact cause of the problem.

You can really tell they care about their users and take responsibility for solving issues properly.
