Great customer service! The tools they give you are simple to use, but can become more complex the more you learn the system. When I reach out for help, I usually get help quickly and even though I'm on the free plan they help me out. Highly recommend.
Nice and simple app, fair pricing - only need to pay while you're creating or amending your site. Saves a ton of time if you're not a master coder.
The support team are always super helpful and saved my bacon more than once.

I USED TO HAVE 5 PRODUCT PAGES ON THE FREE PLAN WHERE HAVE THEY GONE ?!?!?! NOW IT GOES 1 PRODUCT PAGE FOR FREE, 2 PRODUCT PAGES FOR $20 AND 30 FOR $40 ?!?!?! WHAT IF I DON'T NEED 30 BUT I NEED MORE THAN 2 ??

In the new price, we break down into packages to be more suitable for customers, we also get a lot of positive feedback about this.
On the side of our business, we always think of our customers more than ourselves. I also honestly share with you that since we split the packages, our revenue has affected a lot because customers who are in Platinum but they don’t use all the slots, they have downgraded to 40, 60 slots packages.
I simply want to share a little bit from our perspective to ask for your sympathy.

Very easy interface. Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this app to a friend if they were to ask.
Great customer service, Sami answered within minutes and corrected my mistakes for me. Takes a little while to get your head around adjusting the design for different devices, but after that it seems to be a very versatile page builer.
Emad & Hailey from Pagefly have been so incredibly helpful! I had issues with html and moving my images/content around to display correctly on desktop & mobile - they have both helped me make the changes i need, no questions asked.
