Disclaimer: have not been using the app for long and am not a web designer.
It is pretty easy to get started with Pagefly - mostly drag and drop. The multiple tabs in builder view is a little confusing and takes time to remember where different functions are housed..
Live chat is helpful when intuition fails me.

Had an issue with their liquid code that was giving me a performance error- the explanation made sense but not sure why app makers and Shopify can't coordinate on updating use of 'render' vs 'include' with snippets
Long story short Pagefly was responsive and beyond this issue I recommend their page builder and customer service!

First off, Usman was very helpful and patient. Second, there are aspects that could be better. For example, when putting a banner up and wording to go on or under it, it would be great to be able to see how that would look on the PC, phone, tablet, etc., before posting it, and then having an easier way to remedy a problem like - the wording not fitting on the screen/going off-screen when you pull it up and see it online.

at times, this app is difficult to navigate and loads incredibly slow - takes about 30-40 sec. after clicking on items. The staff is very helpful though
It's a versatile and user-friendly page-building tool offering rich templates and sections to create stunning landing pages. The dedicated 24/7 customer service team ensures quick responses and timely issue resolution, so support is always just a message away.
However, it does have some limitations, such as compatibility issues with certain sections, particularly the Customer Form. Expanding the free plan to allow more live pages would also be a welcome improvement.
Overall, it's an excellent tool for building high-quality landing pages with impressive visuals.

Work alright with a theme you have published already. Does not help if you do not have a store published, or if you are working on a new theme still in draft. Pagefly sections don't show up in draft themes, and you can't preview with draft themes. Only consider if you would like to upgrade a page or add a section to an already published theme/website.
As a developer, at first this took some getting used to, but in the end, it's very handy and makes for quick development of custom stores without much coding. It just takes some time to figure out where everything is hiding.. Elementor users will quickly find their way around, but it is not as smooth and intuitive as Elementor.
We had just one major issue throughout the development of several stores and the guys did their best to help, and the problem was fixed in just a couple of hours.
Overall a very good App and good customer service. Worth the price.

Fantastic platform with alot of functionality, there is a learning curve, but in there lies the fun - the more you use Pagefly, the more you learn, the 24/7 team are always on hand and super helpful and very positive in resolving any issues.
The only reason this is not a 5 star is their lack of Search & Filter functionality, plugins are limiting and restrictive and Shopifys themes are similar, a shame because if Pagefly had this, it would beat all the competitors!
PageFly is pretty easy to use and gives you the layout flexibility that's mind-numbingly missing from Shopify's own page design possibilities. And when you're stuck, the support people are really helpful and have found a quick and easy solution to everything I needed so far.
One major minus point, however, is that I had to use the legacy builder instead of the new gen 2 one. I wanted a simple 2-column layout and in the gen 2 builder, even when you choose ½ ½ layout, IT DOESN'T STAY SYMMETRICALLY IN TWO EVEN COLUMNS. I put an image in the left column and as soon as I started typing the text in the right, the text just kept expanding over the width of the page, and the image kept shrinking until the ratio was more like 1/5 4/5. I spent 20 minutes in the support chat, only to be told that this is how the ½ ½ layout is programmed to work. But then it's not a real ½ ½ is it??!! If it doesn't stay as two even columns, THEN IT'S NOT HALF-HALF. Ugh. Anyway, I was annoyed and I hope that the legacy builder will continue to be supported for a long time so that I don't have to re-do my whole page and deal with this same problem again.
