I am excited I chose PageFly to help me overhaul my product page! Every time I've needed help or had questions, they have been there with the answers. I love that they are available 24/7 because I do most of my work in the evening while the fam is sleeping. PageFly, thank you and you are out of this world helpful.

Its a great app. I have tried only the sections part, and it was amazing translating my ideas into reality, especially the tabs part.

Amazing Customer service! I had a question about a problem I couldn't fix myself and Linky was there to help me in less than 5 minutes and fixed the problem immediately!

Ok WOW! The ratings are real! I downloaded PageFly on a whim, I tried other apps like this and they were SO confusing I uninstalled within 15 minutes. If I'm not sure what to do to get what I want done on PageFly, I literally just message a rep on live chat, and it's done in less than 5 minutes. Some reps will just do what you ask, some will send a tutorial article if its a super simple setting, and I even had one send me a video of how they did it! I really appreciate all methods honestly. It's really cool that someone LIVE (!!!) will message you at anytime around the clock. If the last rep you speak to happens to be online the next time you need help, that will be the one to help again. If not, a new rep connects immediately and there's no lag at all. I'm still on their free plan and this is all the great service I experienced!!! Shout out to Angel!! And all the reps honestly that helped me out. (:

UPDATE!!!!!!!!: SO, I was having many issues as seen from the previous review but, Cookie, Henry, Happy and there was another developer who literally requested to look at my desktop! They added some CSS and gave me tips for what to do. Most of the issues we believe could be from data not being able to transmit, Chrome, etc. IT IS NOT THEIR APP!!! THIS APP IS AMAZING AND I NEVER EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS. They made it their mission to help me ASAP! I am so happy because this was stressing me out and as a person who is the only person running my business this was the last thing I needed on my plate. AGAIN THE ISSUE WAS NOT THEIR APP!! Thank you guys again!!!!! :)

First Experience:
My experience so far has been horrible. Pages don't save, templates don't show up and omg the customer service is terrible. I asked so many questions and I am tech savvy so I know how to do certain things before I ask for help. Recently I've had an issue with templates not showing up in the editor. I of course cleared my cache FIRST. I did this multiple times. I asked for help and I mentioned I already cleared the cache... they proceeded to give me instructions on how to clear the cache. DUDE. It's like they don't read your messages at all!!! I just signed up yesterday and I'm going through all of this on day 2.

UPDATE:

Pretty good builder. Pretty easy to use. Has some useful features like animations that make the website look professional. Support actually also awesome. Had a couple questions and got answered very fast. Good job guys!

Pagefly is a must! They got the best team that are really helpful and will quickly solve any problem that you may have.
