Off course you can try to convert him or her by sending them an "abandoned Cart" email! If I got such an email it would piss me off even more than the slow user experience. Uninstallation:

Unfortunately Shopify does not allow apps - that is any Shopify apps - to run an uninstall script after you the user has uninstalled it. This might have been ok, if Shopify would have done the cleanup instead. They don't!

This also means that your shop becomes littered with leftovers from apps you have installed and uninstalled over time. Because of this your shop will also become slower and slower, which unfortunately is something I see everyday.

This off course applies to all Shopify users! You are not the only one.

I don't see Shopify's policy with regard to uninstalling change:-(

With regard to allowing Partners to reply to reviews, there has been a change:-) Since March 8th 2019 it has been possible to reply to user reviews. Up until now this has not been possible. This is a great step forward:-) That I intend to use from now on.

Also with regard to putting our banner on your shop. Up until recently we did put a banner on all shops using our FREE PLAN, we did so because everyone else is also doing so - including Shopify. We did specifically say that we would, in the description of the FREE ACCOUNT. But unfortunately many users did not see this, or as your complaint so clearly states did not understand what we were saying. We are SORRY for doing this! And also because of this we have discontinued the FREE PLAN and lowered the prize of our PROFESSIONAL PLAN.

I am not sure what caused your problem back in January. What I can see is that your are using a lot of apps. My guess is that your issue might be related to one of them. But I do not know, I will have to investigate.
