I've been using Passport for over a year and am satisfied with the functions of the app and the overall service. Customer support is easily accessible when necessary, and communication is smooth.
I heard about Passport from my 3PL when I was looking for international shipping, and my experience with Passport could've hardly been any better. All duties are taken care of when shipping to Europe from my American warehouse. The ability to not be bothered with taxes and import fees frees up so much time. It also takes care of reporting since it's Passport's details that get logged with border customs teams. Love it.
The only reason I deducted 1 star is due to some of their last-mile partners (the local delivery companies that work with them) have horrible online reviews and unfortunately the same has been communicated by my customers. I would say the successful delivery rate is close to 95% with almost all issues pertaining to the delivery company and not the customer. I'm completely at peace with a 95% delivery rate and it doesn't bother me, but a better customer experience in the cases where they didn't get the package or the local delivery company was uncooperative would've definitely been ideal. But I reckon all logistics companies dealing with independent last-mile delivery companies are facing this issue, so I won't hold this against Passport. Definitely recommend.
Since using Passport, we're getting better shipping rates than ever before, which really helps us as a start-up company looking to manage operational costs. The onboarding process was quick and easy. Plus, a great customer service team. They really are a pleasure to work with!
I love how seamless this app is and the amazing customer support we get working with this company. They are very responsive and actually get on calls with you which seems almost impossible with other apps we have. Passport has helped with our rates, shipping transparency, and overall site conversion. I definitely recommend.
We are a small business co-founded by a celebrity so we get some interest and recognition abroad - While we're still working on expanding, Passport makes it MUCH easier to do it seamlessly with our 3PL (the integration was easy too!). The sales and support team at Passport have been lovely and they allow us to focus on the customer experience, and not get hampered down in logistics issues and costs. They're so great, I forget we ship internationally sometimes (in a good way!).
Passport makes international shipping possible for brands who aren't otherwise ready to expand in that direction. The shipping speeds are not the fastest (hence the 1 star knockdown), but that's really what makes the service affordable. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to slowly test the international waters. Their customer service is super helpful, as well.
Very happy with Passport, first used them when we used a fulfillment centre and kept bugging them until the launched a small business option when we move fulfillment in house. We were so happy when they did. They hepled set everything up and are very responsive if we have a problem. It has made international fulfillment so much easier and takes the worry out of charging the customer the wrong price.
So far I've been really happy with this service. Shipping to Europe had become almost impossible and this is a great solution!! The set up and customer service have been great so far.

From our experience of working with Passport the company felt like a scam. Only few of our shipments arrive on time. Often they are 3-4 weeks late and several never arrived. The tracking gives almost no information about the whereabouts of a package. And the shipments go out with shipping companies nobody has ever heard of: Amarex, Fleet Optics, Colis Prive. Who are these companies? Passport, have you ever heard of Fedex or UPS?
So far, I can not get a customer service rep to help. I followed all of the steps to enable DDP international shipping per their setup guide, but it isn't working at all, and I cannot get ahold of anyone at Passport App to assist. I'll update if anyone ever gets back to me via the multiple "support" channels they offer.
