Poor app. Worked for a while but then stopped and they've ignored my requests for help. There's better apps out there

I am personally not a fan. This app is supposed to lock my wholesale tab on my website, however it can be viewed by anyone and does not help me whatsoever.

Does not work on safari or mobile, only in Chrome. Does not allow you to customise the landing page! Other than that, works well.

Update: Safari pushed a security change which broke many websites, including MagicPass. This was quickly fixed thanks to your bug report, and is no longer an issue. Thanks again!

Magic pass has worked great to set up a password protected collection of axes available to World Axe Throwing League venues only. Works great!!

Unable to uninstall the app. I contacted the app one month ago but still have not received a response. The app also billed me, even though the app remains 'disabled' in my store (I still have no way to uninstall it on my own!).

This app does exactly what it says on the tin. It is easy to use and quickly limits certain areas to only the customers that you choose. Superb app that I now couldn't be without. I would give more than five stars if I could.

I installed it on my store hopeful it would provide a portal for my wholesale retailers. It did require a login to view the product the way I wanted, but a preview of my wholesale product WITH WHOLESALE PRICING showed up in searches for EVERYONE. Not good. For those reasons, unfortunately I had to uninstall it.

This app is amazing and allowed me to create a password protected section for my brand ambassadors. Don't believe head over to http://www.therichconnect.com and select brand ambassador portal in the footer. You will not be able to go any further! Ha! Thanks to Magic Pass....But WAIT let us discuss their customer service! I texted the contact number and received a speedy response. I was originally having issue getting the app to work with my landing pages. ED and his team got it done and even made sure it was aesthetically appealing for my site. Thanks Magic Pass Team.

The free trial was fine but it would not work. I had to change the password numerous times before I could finally log on from the website just to test it. I reached out to support 3 times and NEVER heard back. basically I was going to be charged without even getting the app to work during my free trial. Where is the great customer support some people were talking about? I run a company and need stuff figured out promptly.
