Wir nutzen Pathway Solution inzwischen in drei Online-Shops und sind absolut zufrieden. Besonders stark: Beim Domain-Switch musste die Domain auf den Rechnungen schnell angepasst werden – das Team hat das zügig und sauber gelöst.
Der Support ist wirklich hilfreich: Kontakt aufnehmen, kurz erklären, und man merkt sofort, dass sie lösungsorientiert sind und nicht nur Standardtexte schicken.
Seit wir Pathway nutzen, haben wir null Probleme mit Buchhaltungsunterlagen für den Steuerberater. Alles läuft flüssig, nachvollziehbar und ohne Nacharbeit. Mit anderen Apps hatten wir ständig Stress – Rechnungen nachträglich manuell korrigieren, neu schreiben, Chaos. Mit Pathway ist das erledigt.
Für uns aktuell die beste Lösung in dem Bereich. Absolute Empfehlung.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Pathway. Die Lösung spart enorm viel Zeit bei der Buchhaltung und erleichtert die Verbindung zwischen Shopify und DATEV erheblich. Gerade wenn man mehrere Zahlungsanbieter wie Shopify Payments, PayPal oder Klarna nutzt, sorgt Pathway dafür, dass die Buchungsdaten sauber und strukturiert übertragen werden.
Besonders positiv finde ich die Automatisierung der Buchungsprozesse. Viele manuelle Arbeitsschritte, die sonst sehr fehleranfällig sind, entfallen komplett. Dadurch wird nicht nur Zeit gespart, sondern auch die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater deutlich einfacher.
Auch der Support ist sehr hilfreich und reagiert schnell auf Fragen. Man merkt, dass das Team sich mit E-Commerce-Buchhaltung wirklich auskennt und praxisnahe Lösungen anbietet.
Für jeden, der einen Shopify-Shop betreibt und seine Buchhaltung effizient mit DATEV verbinden möchte, kann ich Pathway definitiv empfehlen.
