Leider nach wie vor ein ziemliches Bugfest.
Unsere Hauptprobleme sind ständig fehlerhafte Rechnungs Entwürfe,und
Extrem langsame Generationen der Rechnungen ( bis zu 60 Minuten, wenn der Kunde es gedruckt haben will). Wir haben in 6 Monaten 17 Bugberichte geschrieben. Die Rechnungen sehen super unprofessionell aus.
Unsere Steuerberaterin fand den Umgang sehr schwer zu erlernen, hat uns viele ...
Eine einfachere Lösung für die Buchhaltung in Shopify kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. Perfekt für Leute wie mich, die davon keine Ahnung haben. Der Onboarding call war klasse und es konnte alles direkt mit der Steuerberatung geklärt werden. Einfach easy!
Super Tool, top Support. Onboarding ging schnell und einfach
Dieses Tool braucht Support, das liegt in der Komplexität der steuerlichen Buchungen. Aber der Support ist da und sehr gut.
Onboarding-Termin konnte ich zeitnah buchen, Dominik konnte mir als Laie alles vernünftig erklären und hat mich verständlich durch die Anwendung durchgeführt. Pathway kann ich sehr empfehlen, da die manuelle Arbeit für mich als Händlerin und für den Steuerberater automatisiert wird und dadurch Kosten eingespart werden können.
