Zum Anfang funktionierte die App ganz gut, bereits nach 2 Tagen kamen die ersten Probleme. Es wurde Bestellungen storniert bei denen ich die Zahlung manuell verbucht habe, wie kann das sein?

Thanks much for testing our app and for your feedback. We are really sorry to hear about that. Our technical team looked thoroughly but couldn’t identify any root cause. We neither couldn’t find any other merchants with a similar issue. We will continue the investigation and monitoring, but it would really help us if you could install Payster again – we’ll be more than happy to provide you with a free subscription. ;)
