Praveen was very helpful in testing my setup. I've been using this app to deliver an ebook and it is awesome to be able to limit downloads and control how the content is accessed. I would recommend this app for anyone who has a digital delivery need!

I highly recommend Pendora Downloads for all of your digital marketing needs. After completing an E-Book product on my Shopify store and using Pendora Downloads to assist me in delivering the digital product to my customers, I needed to verify the process was working. I've been using Pandora for their products, e-gifts, and audio guides, and the experience has been great. Recently I ran into an issue and reached out to their customer support, where I was helped by Praveen. He was fast, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to sort out my problem. It's rare to get customer service this responsive and helpful these days. Praveen made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how quickly everything was resolved. Avoid if you care about your customers experience.
Multiple customers were unable to access their downloads because of DNS resolution failures on Pendora's domain. The link works fine on our end but a significant number of customers hit DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN errors, meaning their browsers could not even find the domain.
This caused lost sales, frustrated customers, unnecessary support tickets, and chargebacks we had to fight.
When we reported the issue, the response was to tell us to ask our customers to change their DNS settings! not a realistic solution for a non-technical customer who just wants to download what they paid for.
A download delivery service should have a domain that resolves reliably for everyone

Great app! Very easy to set up and use. The support team (Gourav) was quick and helpful — he verified my setup and confirmed everything was working correctly. Files are delivered automatically to customers after purchase. Highly recommended for digital products.

I did not have to wait long for customer service which I greatly appreciate. He was courteous and professional. He was quick to answer any questions and the help was user friendly - which I greatly appreciate. I wish I could have edited the email further. That was the only disappointment but everything else was very good.

OMG!! I can't believe my fortune in adding this app to my shopify store. I want to sell digital products from my store but didn't know how, where or when to start. While browsing the apps Shopify Apps Store, I saw this app not expecting much if anything and I am happy to say I was joyfully mistaken.
