This was the perfect solution for our store that exclusively sells digital downloads. Even when I ran into an issue with a customer providing the wrong email address and having to figure out how to resend their link without creating a whole new order, Mithun was very helpful in showing me how to easily resolve the issue. Thanks for this great app!

4 stars because I wish I could customize the email more for downloads however for free I can't really complain. I was helped by Gourav after my first sale to make sure everything was working. He was very responsive and helpful.

OMG!! I can't believe my fortune in adding this app to my shopify store. I want to sell digital products from my store but didn't know how, where or when to start. This app Pandora is a very useful app, I have a difficult issue ' I download the app within a minute ' the agent called (praven) solve the issue,and am happy at the end if you have problems to re- solve your store ' either digital product to upload to your,any kind of problems online store, just download this, very very useful, trust me

I did not have to wait long for customer service which I greatly appreciate. He was courteous and professional. He was quick to answer any questions and the help was user friendly - which I greatly appreciate. I wish I could have edited the email further. That was the only disappointment but everything else was very good.
