Seems to be working as expected. I had an issue getting things to work correctly within Shopify's workflow, but customer support helped me out very quickly. I love that the app is free, considering this should be a built in Shopify function.

Donals was very helpful. He was quick to respond and gave me links to resources that I can use to help me create my pop up.
Personalization is really good. Loved the app. A must have to add banners or pop up notifications to your store.
