NOT RECOMMENDED. You'll spend a lot of work setting up all your social media sites and then the post that you want to make period now when you inquired a customer support about help they're not going to get back to you right away and then just like a certain vice president that's running for president they're not going to answer your question directly period so this app crops off your product images and a horrible way it might lot off half of it at the top or half at the bottom or half right down vertically period so when it's going to post to story time guess what it's going to look at atrocious you're not only not going to get conversions but it's going to be the other way around people are going to unsubscribe unfriend and unfollow period now to be fair I just sent them another message after I got on the $20 plan a few days ago because I thought well I'm on the free plans so that's why I'm not getting any support I don't make that mistake that I just did period so I got on the $20 plan and asked my question about the cropping for the fourth time and it's going on three days guess what question mark no response period so if I'm going to pay $20 instead of just do a free plan there are plenty of others out there that I can jump into that hopefully won't hurt my conversions and turn away customers at the unsightly cropping of my product images it's horrible period but if you want to keep an open mind and don't mind losing a lot of money and spending a lot of wasted time think go ahead and try this app after a week or two come back and read this review again. This review is voice texted and this company that does not deserve for me to go back and correct everything that The Voice to Text Speech screwed up
The idea behind "Post Studio" is interesting, but the automatic translation into German is simply terrible. Many texts are not translated at all, which makes the app completely unusable. You really can't do anything with it.
Even though we did not use a paid plan, we were billed from the paid plan package. I contacted you via message and you said you would return it. I've been waiting for a long time. Can I get support?
The app has not really a lot of function and is for this very expensive.
I found also some Bugs! As Example if you have a Bitly Account they generate always short links. If you use it or not. I found also not really help how to use it.

In all honesty I cannot beleive all the other reviews. 3 Days I have been waiting for the Dev to sort out wht I cannot add new posts after paying the Upgrade fee. Apparently he is asleep most the time but hoestly shameful experience. Worst app support I ever received and Shopify should be aware.
This App used to really help me a lot......now it seems to never work for Instagram and it never posts and they do nothing about it to help you
One of my account was not connected and keeps showing error. Contacted support many many times via email but got no response at all. I went to the app to chat with them, it has been some days but that simple issue is still not resolved. They seem not to be very willing to help and reply once a day. Disappointed!
Don't use this. It does not work! And when you tell them it isn't posting, they come back hateful. Paying for a service, expecting it to work, and loosing revenue from missing post.
There are other auto poster companies out there.
I notified them of this bug weeks ago and never heard back from their support. I followed up and it was complete silence. The issue is that the app will push images/posts to out of stock variations.
