The app is working okay, but if you are outside the US, you have pretty limited options. Also, it is quite costly, compared to similar apps.

Set us was seamless and nothing was an issue. The customisable page is amazing and we even had a few requests to create specific rules that were created by the team.

Brilliant returns soultion for our Shopify store. Our customers find it simple and easy to use which has reduced our return emails and overall experience. Support team has been responsive and helpful. My only downfall was not knowing it would cost extra to receive QR on returns. Would defintely recommend.
