We’ve been using PostCo as our returns and exchange portal on Shopify for a few years now, and we love it! The platform is intuitive for both our team and our customers and it has streamlined a process that used to take a lot of time.
The customisation options are great - from tailoring the portal to match our brand to setting detailed return rules that suit our workflows. It integrates seamlessly with our shipping partners as well, automatically creating labels without any manual steps on our end.
The support team have always been quick to respond, they are knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Every question we’ve had has been answered promptly with clear guidance, giving us full confidence in the platform.

We have been using this app for just over a month now and we couldn't speak more highly of it! We were suggested Post Co from a friend who also use the platform. Set us was seamless and nothing was an issue. The customisable page is amazing and we even had a few requests to create specific rules that were created by the team.

Brilliant returns soultion for our Shopify store. Our customers find it simple and easy to use which has reduced our return emails and overall experience. Support team has been responsive and helpful. My only downfall was not knowing it would cost extra to receive QR on returns. Would defintely recommend.
Great app, lots of options for upselling if items are no longer available. Easy to use for my team
We’ve tested several return portals and currently use a different one for our main store, which handles over 100,000 orders per year. Unfortunately, PostCo is missing several useful features that our other portal provides. In addition, we couldn’t process exchanges properly as they kept bugging when orders were released. Finally, since we recently merged this store with our main one, our one-year subscription was renewed even though we won’t be using it for the full term. We reached out regarding a partial refund, but were told this wasn’t possible.

We didn’t receive a support ticket on the exchange issue, so we couldn’t investigate sooner. We take this seriously and will look into it promptly.
On billing: a renewal reminder was sent before the annual renewal. Your refund request came about two months after the renewal date, which is outside our refund window. We understand the merge context and are open to discussing options.
So easy to set up, able to speak to a human easily, this is a very well run app that has made things substantially better for our UX. 10/10 X
