This app is terrible. Often provides error messages but does not tell you which order contains an error, it's barely usable and incredibly frustrating.

Ontzettend buggy, zendingen naar buitenland zijn een drama met nu al weken verschillende bugs.
Support is echt de laagste kwaliteit die ik ooit ervaren heb, de "consultant" haalt verschillende cases door elkaar, heeft me een "fix" laten uitvoeren waardoor ik alle historische orders opnieuw moest maken omdat ze niet meer verstuurd konden worden, heeft duidelijk geen flauw idee waar echt problemen liggen en weigert in te gaan op verzoeken voor escalatie of extra support.
Ik heb veel meegemaakt maar het niveau van deze jongen is echt bedroevend.

Leuk, maar hoe rijmt dat met de verplichte Checkout Extensibility upgrade van Shopify die voor 13 augustus 2024 moet worden gedaan?

Hi Snugglezz,

De verplichte upgrade van de Checkout Extensibility voor 13 augustus 2024 raakt de Information, Shipment en Payment pagina’s. Deze pagina’s hebben geen invloed op de PostNL app en kunnen dus ook geüpgraded worden zonder problemen.

De verplichte upgrade van 28 augustus 2025 heeft wel invloed op onze app. Wij zijn nu al druk bezig om de PostNL app gereed te maken voor de upgrade die volgend jaar verplicht is.

Wij zullen het informatieblok in de PostNL app verduidelijken.

Wij hopen jou hiermee voldoende geïnformeerd te hebben. Is onze app nu weer meer waard dan 3 sterren?
