We've been using Post Pilot since 2022, and the platform has made significant strides since then. They genuinely value product feedback and are quick to implement improvements. For example, when we first started, they didn’t offer holdout groups, so we had to manage that manually—a challenging task. Now, they provide holdout groups, which has been a fantastic addition and great to see incremental lift.

Their design team is great. We have strict brand guidelines, and they are able to keep up and meet our standards. It usually takes 1-2 iterations needed to finalize the creative.

One improvement I’d love to see is the ability to adjust the attribution timeline, which is currently fixed at 60 days.

The team is very responsive, helpful, and communicative.

I recommend giving Post Pilot a try.
