Hello, I am very sorry that you encountered this problem. The app settings were indeed unavailable, but this did not last more than 20 minutes. Due to Black Friday and the heavy load, urgent work was needed on the app server. During the server maintenance, your pre-launch page was available to customers, but you could not change the settings. Instead of settings, you could see a message with an email address where I was in touch. You could have emailed me and I would have disabled your pre-launch page manually. I understand how important it is to have a working app, and I'm sorry you ran into a problem at such an inopportune time.
I wanted this app based on the reviews and the sample store all look great. When I downloaded the app and people went to my store the only thing they saw was the app. I just need that for an additional page for my swimsuit coming soon. I guess this app isnt for my store because my store been up and running.
App only seems to work on my iphone, doesn't work when I visit my website via desktop. I've tried a few browsers and it still doesn't work.
Hello, were you logged in to Shopify admin when you checked the pre-launch page? If so, you should not have seen the pre-launch page, this is necessary so that you can view and manage the shop. This does not affect your customers, they will always see the pre-launch page.
Simple, free, fast and easy. The app is very simple, you cannot customize a lot but at the end of the day the app is free. The only thing that would make it perfect would be to not have the tab on the browser says "pre-launcher'...
This is exactly the coming soon app I was looking for. I needed some minor changes to the page and the app developer responded and made the changes within a few hours. Thank you!
